Settings allow you to apply visual effects to the background or background image behind an element. For the effect to be visible, the element or its background must be fully or partially transparent.

Add an option: Design panel → Appearance section → click the "+" on the right of the Backdrop Filters parameter and select the desired filter from the list.

You can choose the following filters:

You can add any number of filters and sort them in any order.

How to use Backdrop Filters in practice

You can blur an object in the background or invert the backdrop color under a block.

For example, you can add the "Sepia" Backdrop Filter to change the color of a fragment of the background.

  1. Apply an additional block over the background block using absolute positioning.
  2. Set a semi-transparent background color (30%) for the new block.
  3. Add the "Sepia" Backdrop Filter to the block with a value of 100%.
