Elements Tab: Adding New Elements

The Elements tab allows you to add new elements and widgets to the page.

You can open the Elements tab by clicking the + button at the very top of the Navigator Panel.

The Elements Tab contains a list of all elements and widgets available to add to the page.

Elements are grouped as follows:

  • Layout - elements that are used to create the website structure, arrange and group other elements.
  • Typography - elements to display text.
  • Widgets - complex elements performing specific functions as well as elements for adding images.
  • Forms - elements to create forms.

The list of elements in groups can be collapsed or expanded using the arrow to the left of the group name. Detailed description of the elements – Elements and Widgets.

You can add an element to the web page by clicking on its name on the Elements tab or by dragging it onto the Canvas with the mouse. For more details about adding elements to the page, see: Adding and moving elements.

You can close the Elements panel by clicking on the close button.

Pinning the Elements panel

You can add the Elements tab to the Layers tab and pin it to the bottom of the panel. To do this, on the Layers tab, click the button located to the left of the panel pin button.

Clicking this button will pin the Elements panel in the Navigator Panel below the Layers tab. Space for Layers and Elements tabs is distributed equally.

You can change how space is distributed between the Layers and Elements by dragging the dividing line between them up and down with the mouse.

You can unpin the Elements tab by clicking the Close button on the right.
