Profile settings
To open the profile settings, click on the icon with your avatar in the upper right corner of the Dashboard and select Profile settings. By default, the avatar displays the first letter of your name, specified during registration.
In the profile settings window, you can set your account details, adjust security settings, change the interface language, and set up notifications.
In the account settings, you can add or change your avatar, name and email address, and change the interface language. Also, at the bottom, in the Account details section, you can find the account creation date.
To add an avatar, drag the image file from your computer to the designated area or click on it to open the file selection window. You can use SVG, JPG, PNG, GIF, or ICO file formats with an image of no more than 2 MB.
After adding the avatar, it will be displayed in the Profile settings, as well as in the upper right corner of the Dashboard.
To remove your avatar, click on the Remove button below the image. If you want to change your avatar, just repeat the steps above to add a new avatar.
To change your username and email address, enter them in the appropriate fields and click on the Save changes button.
After changing the email address, you will get a notification sent to your old address. You will also receive a confirmation link to your new email address.
To change the interface language, select the required one from the drop-down list in the corresponding section.
In the Security section, you can change your account password. To do this, enter your current password, a new password, and re-confirm it, and then click on the Save button.
The password can contain minimum 8 an maximum 14 characters, including Latin letters (A-z), at least one number (0-9), and also special characters ~ ! ? @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + ( ) [ ] { } > < / \ | " ' . , : ; but no spaces.
You can recover your password if you forgot it. To do this, click Forgot your password? You will be redirected to the password recovery page.
You can set up notifications to be sent to your email. Below are the available notifications:
- Account notifications, including on password recovery and email verification. These notifications cannot be disabled.
- Invites to team. These notifications cannot be disabled because they are required to confirm invitations.
- Project access notifications alerting of whom you've given access to projects to. These notifications can be disabled (disabled by default).
