Paid Plans: Team и Business

When you register ontaptop.pro, an account automatically created along with your personal team workspace, where you can host your projects (websites).

Team Plan

Each website created in Taptop is placed within a dedicated workspace called a team. Upon your first login, you get the free Team Free plan by default — allowing you to create up to 5 projects and work on them individually.

If you want to collaborate on projects with colleagues or, for example, grant client access, you’ll need the paid Team plan. With this plan, you can add members, create unlimited projects, and manage access rights. Completed projects can be transferred to other teams, and website code can be exported. This plan also supports importing custom code, uploading video files, setting up webhooks, and integrating with Telegram.

Business Plan

Every new project created in Taptop allows you to build a website. When you create a project, the Free Plan is automatically assigned, giving you access to the platform’s basic features. For example, on this plan, you cannot connect your own domain or add custom code.

If you want to expand your project’s capabilities — such as receiving form data via email, Telegram, or your CRM — you will need the Business Plan.

With the Business plan, you get Site customization with custom code, ability to add videos, access to SEO settings, receiving form data be email, Telegram, or via webhook, integration with analytics and map services. You will be able to link your own domain to the completed website and increase the server storage space for your project’s data.

How to Check and Change Your Plan

To find out which plan is active for your team, go to Dashboard → Plans and billing .

Activating the Business Plan

Click the Choose plan button on the Business Plan card.

Next, select the website for which you want to add hosting. Also, choose the payment frequency — annually with a 20% discount or monthly. Then click the Pay for the plan button.

You can also activate hosting for multiple websites. To do this, select the number of websites in the list and click the Get advice button.

To see which plans are active for your websites, go to the Projects section.

Each project card shows a badge indicating its active plan: Free (grey color) for the free plan, Business (blue) for active paid hosting. If the project had paid hosting but it has expired, the plan badge appear in red. Clicking on the plan badge will take you to the Plans and billing section, where you can renew or change the plan.

Activating Team Plan

Click the Activate Plan button on the Team Plan card.

Next, select the payment frequency — annually with a 20% discount or monthly. Then click the Pay for the plan button.
