Telegram Integration

To receive notifications about new leads from project forms in Telegram, you may use our Telegram bot. This will help you track customer requests on-the-fly.

To connect Telegram integration, go to the Project Settings and select the Integrations section.

Enabling notifications option for the user

You may enable Notifications in the project settings. Follow Integrations -> Telegram -> Add Telegram user.

In the form, please enter connection information.

Find our bot @taptopforms_bot (https://t.me/taptopforms_bot) on the Telegram and run /start to get the code.

Copy the code from the bot into the appropriate field. Enter the username and select the project forms you want to receive notifications from. Click Add to confirm.

You may also edit the details or remove the integration by clicking on the three dots to the right.

When the user fills out a form on the site, you will receive a message from the bot with the following data:

name of the form;

URL;

application number;

data from all filled fields.

Adding multiple users

You may enable notifications from project forms for multiple users. To do this, you need to repeat the procedure above from the very beginning by clicking Add Telegram user. A new user must also launch @taptopforms_bot in the Telegram application, receive the code and copy it into the form.

When notifications for a new user are enabled, their data will appear in the list of Telegram integrations.

Adding notifications for multiple projects

If you want to receive lead notifications from multiple websites, you need to set up notifications for each project. You need to re-run /start with the Telegram bot every time to get a new code.
