Form and fields states
In the Form Settings you can switch the Form state and the UI state:
Form states
By switching the Form States in the Settings, you can see on the Canvas what a Form looks like in this particular state.
- Default State is the default state before the user interacts with a Form.
- Success State is the Form state after its successful submission. Following successful submission there will appear a message that you can change and customize as you wish.
Instead of showing a success message after the form is submitted, you can set up a redirect to a special page. For example, you can create a thank-you page within the project and redirect users there. This is useful for tracking metrics and conversions and provides a better user experience. You can also use this page to share a special offer, link to useful content, or invite users to follow you on social media.
To set up a redirect after a successful form submission:
- In the form settings, find the “Redirect” block.
- Choose one of the options:
- Go to page — select the desired page within your project.
- Go to link — paste a URL to any external resource.
- Error State is the Form state after its unsuccessful submission. Following unsuccessful submission there will appear an error message that you can change and customize as you wish.

Fields states
A form field has two states:
- Default State is the default state before the user interacts with a Form.

To edit the error message for a field:
- Select a Field (on the Canvas or the Layers tab).
- in the Settings > UI state, select Error.
- select Error Message element and edit the error message in the field Text in the Settings.
