Project access

By opening Project Settings and selecting the Project Access section, you can manage your team members' access to the project.

You can grant the following access permissions:

  • Everyone at one’s team (default)

  • Private (you can select the team members to grant access to a project)

Project access permissions can be managed on the Team Pro plan.

When granting Private access, you will see a list of all team members with access to a project. You can grant access to other team members by clicking the Provide Access button.

In the window that opens, select the users you want to grant access to the project and click the Save button.
You can also find a team member by entering their email address or name in the search bar.

Users who have access to the project will be displayed in the list.

Project access can be managed by the team owner and administrators.

You can revoke access for any team member by clicking on the Cancel access button next to a user name.

If private access is enabled for a project, team members who have not been granted access will not see this project in their workspace. For example, if you invite a new member to the team, he will not have access to projects set to private access until you add them to the access list for those projects.
